family stay highlights
beautiful grounds white sand excellent staff
the grounds provided beautiful spaces for walks a long white sand beach felt quite secluded from kuta. the pool size suited both adults and children plus the atmosphere always felt positive. i especially appreciated the staff who were consistently kind smiling and ready to help in any way.
the food portions were small and seemed expensive if you are not on an all inclusive package.

the hotel enjoys a great location away from crowded areas and it has convenient access to a long white sand beach offering a peaceful retreat seeking relaxation.

our room was a very good size it faced the garden yet still maintained ample privacy. this ground floor location provided easy access to the gardens offering a blend of convenience and seclusion.

conflicting information empty tables
I encountered some issues . The gym required sneakers for entry, BUT I later saw people using it barefoot. The staff gave conflicting information. The restaurants were supposedly full every night, even though I observed many empty tables. IT'S annoying.

Acceptable, But Not a Highlight
well maintained hotel grounds laborious system complex bar
The grounds was well maintained.
I found the bar service overly complex. One had to queue for drinks, then queue again for a receipt after staff typed it. All this even though it was supposedly all-inclusive. I have never experienced this laborious system before.

underwhelming stay due to room issues
musty odor old bathroom
the staff were friendly so that was acceptable
the room smelled strongly of mildew i found this unacceptable the bathroom fixtures looked old and needing repair there was a musty odor coming from the shower water i seemed like the room should have been renovated
