acceptable breakfastrude front desk
The hotel's breakfast was acceptable.
Quite the letdown. The airport taxi cost 1300, while Grab was 700. The hotel's pickup was 1500 so, i guess. it saved me money. the front desk staff seem busy and kind of rude.

every staff member acted very friendly and helpful. my kids definitely enjoyed the pools and play areas and we all enjoyed the breakfast buffet. the beachfront setting felt lovely and we all loved it. the on-site starbucks was a pleasant addition. restaurants and cafes located nearby provided great variety.
i found the check-in information slightly overwhelming regarding the unused cleaning service credit. i was informed about a 200 baht credit for each day cleaning services were declined. i was told at checkout i needed a voucher each day, something i wasn't informed during check-in. i think this process could be streamlined.

Fantastic Hotel with Great Beach Access!!!

I loved how close the hotel was to the beach. It's practically on the doorstep!!! The pools were also AMAZING. They were HUGE, clean, and there were so many different ones. I found the breakfast excellent with lots of choices. It included both western and Asian options.

the breakfast had a very good selection (especially the fresh options). there were enough changes daily. chef chaiwat prepared delicious authentic thai meals. he was very accommodating to our requests.

great locationconvenient access
The hotel location is great and close to numerous restaurants. A market takes place every Monday and Thursday about 2 km away. A tuk-tuk ride makes for convenient access.
The pool was not too clean.
