Really good Stay, Clean Rooms and Great Amenities

I found the rooms spacious with good amenities. The laundry facilities at the hotel were very convenient. I appreciated the excellent value for money this hotel offered. The room included many storage spaces, a safe, a teapot, an iron, and an ironing board (on request).
The reception hall was terribly small. The wallpaper in the room looked old.

The hotel has a cafe with coffee and desserts. I noticed a convenience store and an ATM nearby. There were also many restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The bus and metro stations are close too.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, made getting around EASY. I saw a metro station and bus stop near and in front of the hotel. A convenience store and several cafes are within walking distance.

The staff was helpful, and helped us book a trip to the DMZ. I found the staff professional and accommodating . They made every effort to ensure my needs were met (which I appreciated!).

i liked how close it was to the subway station. the hotel had a coffee shop in the lobby too. the staff were really helpful and friendly. i found two universal adapter outlets that was a nice touch.
the ac unit in the room i had can't be controlled directly, so i had to ask for a fan.

the hotel location is quite convenient. the subway exit is a short walk. i saw many restaurants nearby. it also seems close to the city center if you take the subway, so that makes it easier.

the location near the subway and bus lines was acceptable for moving around.
the room was not up to standard. i found hair on the sheets and in the bathtub upon check-in. i paid extra for an early check-in because of rain and fatigue, so this lack of cleanliness was disappointing.

i found the staff wasnt always friendly at check inn. the keys didn't even open the door, so i have to go back to tell them.
