friendly staff rooftop area
the location was close to many attractions. there was also a convenience store nearby , made buying necessities easy. staff was friendly and provided assistance when needed. the rooftop area had nice views.
the room lacked sufficient storage space.

excellent location convenience stores basement washers
The hotel location is excellent. I walked to the main cultural palaces nearby in about fifteen minutes. I also found several convenience stores very close to the hotel (which was great for late-night snacks). The hotel has reasonably priced washers and dryers in the basement next to the gym. Detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase right at the machines (it was so convenient).
The sink was a bit small (, made it hard to wash bigger items).

convenient location dining option helpful staff
The location was convenient for exploring many areas. I found the shopping and dining options nearby good and close. The staff assisted with taxi bookings promptly. They were also very patient when addressing different customer requests.
I noticed the carpet was not vacuumed during my entire stay. I had to request essentials like water and toilet paper daily, a small hiccup!
