fantastic stay!
safe area korean food
I found the hotel situated close to a police station. This. there were many excellent local restaurants nearby. I discovered delicious korean food. the staff responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. They also provided detailed information.
The bathroom facilities need attention. I noticed slow shower drainage. water tended to pool on the floor when showering. it seems the shower tiles are not properly sloped toward the drain.

the room was super clean and well-kept. it included a large bed with premium bedding and multiple pillows. there were blackout curtains, ensuring a dark room for sleeping, and a modern tv with streaming services.

adequate, but some issues
small room inconvenient outlets
the hotel is near insadong-gil. a lot of souvenirs and food are available there.
The room was quite small, disappointing. two suitcases took up most of the floor space. also, power outlets were only available over by the desk. There were none near the bed.

Excellent location and friendly service
early check-in clean room excellent wi-fi
Bella at reception provided a very warm welcome upon my arrival. I was able to check in early without needing to ask. The room was very clean, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent, both beneficial for my trip. I am very grateful for Bella's kindness.
I found some cracks and dents on the furniture in my room. The room felt smaller than what I expected when I booked. I think that updates to the furniture would improve the guest experience.

the hotel location provided easy access to transportation i found this very convenient the front desk staff were helpful especially with directions the room included daily complimentary water bottles
