i found the location very convenient near the vehicular entrance. my room overlooked the canals with the foot bridges. the staff was helpful and gave advice for my stay. i followed the path they recommended and previewed the city perfectly.

the staff were quite friendly. this aspect of the hotel met my expectations.
The room i stayed in felt very small. I barely had space to move around with my luggage. the bathroom was also tiny. i had issues with water flow. these issues negatively impacted my overall experience.

the staff was helpful and i found the location near public transport acceptable.
The room i stayed in was small. It was a classic double room. maneuvering with luggage was a challenge, and the limited space detracted from the overall experience, i expected more room space.

the updated bathroom had a very nice shower. our room included some treats in celebration of our anniversary (chocolates and cookies!). i really appreciated the kindness shown. the hotel location allowed me to explore the city very easily.
our "upgraded" room was quite small. the space made it difficult to move around the bed, a bit inconvenient.

The staff was helpful during check in.
The bathroom was small, hard to move around. The shower had no curtain, so the bathroom floor was wet after showering. The room got uncomfortably hot and opening the windows resulted in mosquitoes.

The proximity to the train station and bus terminal was really useful. I easily dropped off my luggage and started exploring the city soon after. The staff helped me arrange a porter service for departure. The location is near cafes and gondolas.
