murano chandelier high ceiling water taxi
The staff offered assistance with luggage. My room had a Murano glass chandelier and a high ceiling. The location allows for water taxi access straight to the airport. It was simple to reach the Vaporetto from the train station.
The breakfast room became crowded, requiring a short wait for a table..

awesome location water patio refreshing drink small room insufficient heating old furniture
i stayed in the hotel. i found the location awesome by the water. i could unwind by the water on the patio and have a drink.
my room was small and only insufficiently heated. the furniture and especially the fabric wallpaper needed urgent refurbishment. the shower is also old.

a romantic stay
peaceful escape comfy bed super clean bathroom friendly staff
the location was perfect with the rialto bridge just a short walk away i loved how quiet the side street was it was a peaceful escape from the crowds our room was generously sized it had a comfy bed and a super clean bathroom everything was immaculate and fresh setting the tone for our stay. the staff were cute and friendly.
the bedding wasn't great it was winter so a duvet was needed but it wasn't in a cover this meant it kept coming apart during the night it was a minor annoyance.

the hotel has its own landing pier this makes airport transfers easier guests can also enjoy a drink at the bar and unwind after a day exploring the city.

breakfast includes cooked options continental choices fruit and cereals a very kind lady greets guests warmly and makes coffee each day it is a very lovely start to the day.

the classic double room includes comfortable beds and a seating area the bathroom is super clean and well maintained offering a relaxing space the rooms are generously sized providing plenty of space.

historical building great customer experience perfect location poor ventilation small shower dark room
the building looked historical with much flair. the location felt great with a wonderful customer experience. everything was exactly what i was looking for.
our room felt dark. ventilation was poor and not well executed. the bath and shower were small, so i could not stand up fully without hitting my head.

netted scaffolding depressing room
The staff assisted with calling a water taxi for my early morning flight , which was acceptable.
The room I received was not what I expected. The window looked onto a netted scaffolding tower , , made the room depressing. I had to keep the lights on during the day because of the overshadowing scaffolding tower outside my window.

the hotel location is excellent for exploring. i arrived by water taxi directly to the hotel's pontoon. the breakfast room features a balcony overlooking the canal.. i appreciated enjoying my morning coffee there.
the shower in my room was somewhat outdated.
