EXCELLENT stay near everything

helpful staff smooth transportation great breakfast comfortable room

i found the staff very helpful. The hotel booked a water taxi from the airport. It was punctual and a smooth mode of transportation. Breakfast offered a great selection. The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable.

the fixture in the bedroom seemed modern but did not match the hotel's style. It was quite ODD.

Really good Stay in Prime Location

luxurious room excellent service prompt arrangement safe shower

The service was excellent upon arrival. The staff met us at the water taxi and efficiently handled our luggage. I particularly appreciated the luxurious room amenities. Everything felt high-quality. The team also arranged every request promptly (I was grateful). I will certainly recommend Luca and the team, and would specifically recommend the safe shower design.

The ultra-modern light fixture in the bedroom felt slightly out of sync with the hotel's overall aesthetic.

The room was spacious with a very big, comfortable bed. I found all the facilities to be in excellent condition. When we asked for vases for our flowers, the staff located them quickly (a very nice touch).

The hotel is superbly appointed and near restaurants. It is a short walk from Accademia Bridge and Rialto. The San Angelo Vaporetto stop is very close and provides access to the Vaporetto line. The Alilaguna service to Marco Polo Airport is easily accessible from here.

The breakfast room is a large, high-ceilinged space next to the bar. An extensive buffet features a great variety of breakfast options (especially the pastries!). Helpful staff serve coffee. The opulent and light room has large windows offering a great way to start the day.

The room smelled STRONGLY of disinfectant, a problem the staff addressed by removing items, but the smell remained unpleasant. I was disappointed a room change was not possible due to the hotel being fully booked.

the hotel was really fine throughout. i found the room to be gorgeous, with a comfy bed. all staff members were very friendly and helpful. the location was good, just a short walk from main attractions.

the modern light fixture in the bedroom seemed out of place. the placement of the toilet roll holder was awkward. one bottle of water was provided, though there were two guests. i was expecting more attention to detail.

a venetian dream!

stylish hotel quiet location short walk

the hotel is stylish. the location is quiet and great. saint mark's square and rialto bridge are short walks away. saint angelo vaporetto station is about a five-minute walk away. our stay included breakfast each morning to start the day.

one bottle of water was complimentary though there were two guests.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It allowed easy access to popular sites. My room was very clean and had useful amenities. Breakfast included a wide selection and helped start each day well. I was particularly happy with the helpful staff who provided great recommendations for dining and local attractions.

The lighting in the room was a little dim for reading at night.

some issues diminished the experience

chemical smell inadequate soundproofing

the hotel location was fairly convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

I found the room quite disappointing. there was an odd, strong chemical smell that lingered even after airing it out.. it was concerning. also, the noise from the bar downstairs made it difficult to sleep at night. The soundproofing was inadequate.
