disinfectant smell

The room smelled STRONGLY of disinfectant, a problem the staff addressed by removing items, but the smell remained unpleasant. I was disappointed a room change was not possible due to the hotel being fully booked.

the hotel was really fine throughout. i found the room to be gorgeous, with a comfy bed. all staff members were very friendly and helpful. the location was good, just a short walk from main attractions.

the modern light fixture in the bedroom seemed out of place. the placement of the toilet roll holder was awkward. one bottle of water was provided, though there were two guests. i was expecting more attention to detail.

the hotel is stylish. the location is quiet and great. saint mark's square and rialto bridge are short walks away. saint angelo vaporetto station is about a five-minute walk away. our stay included breakfast each morning to start the day.

one bottle of water was complimentary though there were two guests.

the hotel has a beautiful, shaded courtyard with seating. the tranquil sounds of a fountain can be heard set into a stone wall. the interior is elegant, with cool marble flooring and luxurious velvet furnishings.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It allowed easy access to popular sites. My room was very clean and had useful amenities. Breakfast included a wide selection and helped start each day well. I was particularly happy with the helpful staff who provided great recommendations for dining and local attractions.

The lighting in the room was a little dim for reading at night.

the hotel location was fairly convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

I found the room quite disappointing. there was an odd, strong chemical smell that lingered even after airing it out.. it was concerning. also, the noise from the bar downstairs made it difficult to sleep at night. The soundproofing was inadequate.
