great location, friendly staff
friendly staff clean room large bed perfect location
I had a really good experience. the staff was very friendly. They spoke english well. the room was clean with a big bed. i liked that the hotel's location was perfect though the street was a bit noisy at night!
the bathroom was small! i didn't like that there was no elevator though the stairs weren't too bad.

excellent location friendly staff breakfast inclusion outdated room uncomfortable bed broken air conditioning
the location was excellent for getting around i appreciated that breakfast was included in my stay the staff were friendly and helpful with directions i was grateful. the room had a beautiful chandelier it was a nice touch and a decorative headboard it. the clerk gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby i found it very helpful.
my room was quite small and outdated the bed wasn't the most comfortable i noticed. the air conditioning did not work very well it was super hot . there were mosquitoes at night despite the closed windows i wish it could be fixed.

inadequate air conditioning small bathroom
The hotel room was quite stuffy. The air conditioning seemed inadequate! It struggled to cool the space, and i found it difficult to get comfortable, especially at night. i noticed the bathroom was rather small. It was hard to move around freely, and the lack of counter space made it challenging to organize my toiletries. I really needed more space to put my things!

A decent stay in a great location
youtube video easy walk sister hotel bathroom door stained sheets small bathroom
al Coda is their sister hotel around the corner. this makes this place special. there is a youtube video that shows the walk from the vaperetto stop. it was helpful to easily walk with luggage.
the bathroom door had a hole. the bathroom is small too. sheets had stains on it.

central location clean room friendly staff
the location proves really central. i could walk to st marks and rialto easily. the room was clean. the staff was very friendly and helped me with directions.
the shower wasn't great. it only had a hose from the bath. it was difficult to take a proper shower. water was not really hot.

inadequate air conditioning difficult door
the staff was helpful. they provided assistance with directions.
The air conditioning in my room was inadequate. this made sleeping difficult during warm weather. the bathroom door was also hard to close properly. the room was on a high floor and there was no elevator. This made carrying luggage tiresome.
