fantastic location and super helpful staff
great location canal views special breakfast
i found the location great! it was just a few minutes from the train station and directly on the canal. i enjoyed quiet sideaway street views and they arranged a special takeaway breakfast for me since i had to leave early which was amazing. i really appreciated their extra assistance.
i would say the only slight downside was that the tv had limited channels and the quality wasn't the best.

the hotel is a short walk from the train station it's situated on a quiet canal street buses to the airport are accessible nearby making travel very easy the vaporetto stop is also close by.

breakfast is served in the walled garden that provides a pleasant experience they serve a variety of food options i thought the breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day.

my room faced the canal with great views the room was clean and the ensuite bathroom was modern and well kept a safe and mini bar were included plus they provided fresh water daily.

the staff was helpful they assisted with directions and transport they even arranged a takeaway breakfast for my early departure they were really nice too ensure i had a smooth stay which was amazing.

convenient location attractive breakfast room spacious shower older feel mosquito issue strange payment
I found the location to be quite convenient. It was near the train station. the breakfast room was also attractive. I appreciated the decor. my room had a spacious shower, a plus.
The hotel felt somewhat older. I noticed that. i had trouble with mosquitos because i opened the window. the hotel tried to charge my card strangely. I've never had this happen.

great location pastry assortment kind staff
The hotel is located very close to the train station. The breakfast offered a lovely assortment of fruits and pastries (I enjoyed the coffee service!). The staff ensured that I felt welcome .
The room was slightly smaller than expected.
