surprisingly quiet

The house was lovely. It was very convenient for an event i was attending. the shower pressure was great. there were lots of plugs for charging devices, including usb ports on the wall sockets!
there was no plug in the bathroom sink! this was a problem, as i usually wash my hair there. it could be easily fixed with a universal sink plug.

They provided directions and local area information. the staff communicated quickly via the app too and they responded to requests immediately.

The room had laminate flooring. It was clean and spacious. there was plenty of space in the room to spread belongings, and the location was within walking distance to the town centre. I found it excellent.

There was an overabundance of teas and sugars available. It was very nice. there was no cooked breakfast, but i knew this in advance. There were no places to eat suggested to me.

The hotel's central location proved quite useful for accessing transport links. Friendly staff were always available. I enjoyed a smooth check-in process with helpful guidance about the local area.
The front door keypad was placed very low. I had to kneel to see the numbers.

The location was convenient (I really appreciated this). It was only a short walk across the river to the city centre. The room was clean. It had everything I needed for my stay.
The room was tiny and up two flights of stairs. The second flight of stairs was steep and narrow with no handrail. It was difficult to carry cases up.

the twin bed was not fully made. it only had a bottom sheet and a bedspread. i was unable to inform staff as no one was on duty..

the hotel location is excellent near the pedestrian bridge in a quiet area. i enjoyed the generous breakfast i had there.
the tv in my room had no signal
