the location was great i found it steps from the trevi fountain. my bedroom felt spacious. the bathroom was also fine.

The room I stayed in was spacious. It had three full size beds. Two showers was available, the bathroom was modern. The hotel grounds seemed well maintained. I found it easy to reach many sites, including the Pantheon and the Colosseum.
Finding the hotel was a little confusing initially. I needed better directions to the third floor after the main door. The staff could have been more proactive with assistance.

I liked that my Executive Suite included a balcony. It faced a quite street. The bed was super comfortable. I slept well. Staff helped arrange transportation to airport for me.

The location was excellent. I found many great food options near the hotel. I could easily walk to major sites like the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The hotel grounds are beautiful, especially the courtyard with its own fountain.
The staff didn't communicate well how to find the hotel after the initial entry. Guests need clear directions upon arrival. I suggest detailed instructions for navigating to the third-floor reception.
