the staff at the hotel were helpful. they assisted me with directions (i found this very useful) and provided recommendations for local attractions. i appreciated that the room had complimentary coffee, and the bathroom included bvlgari toiletries. i found this quite luxurious.
the room was quite small and it was difficult to move around with luggage. i also noticed a sharp corner on the bed frame. i bumped my leg on it a few times .

the hotel features a central location and it provided easy access to transportation. i reached all city attractions without issues. many shops and cafes are nearby.

the hotel offers complimentary walking tours every morning (i did not attend, but it was available). there are no free tables at breakfast sometimes. the ground floor restrooms were not always clean.

the breakfast included good quality and variety. the breakfast menu featured great selections. i sampled a la carte options and found them rich. the service can be a little haphazard.

the staff was helpful at all times (especially beatriz, eleonora, and matheus). they offered advance assistance with travel advice. the employees demonstrated pride in their work. no one assisted with luggage upon my departure.

my room was undeniably small for a hotel of this standard bedside tables were absent it became quite inconvenient to charge my phone during the night also, there were not even two chairs present to sit down comfortably inadequate lighting in both the room and toilet presented challenges when shaving

My room featured Bulgari toiletries. The hotel food tasted beyond reproach. Front desk staff spoke excellent English fluently. The staff was friendly and engaging also. I loved the central location. The hotel team showed detail to attention at check in. Staff introduced the hotel and its location including my room. Meals at the restaurant got prepared to my taste by the team.
The room was small. It seemed impossible to move around comfortably. I bumped my feet constantly against unsafe bed with corners.
