The hotel is near a metro station, very convenient. The staff were helpful and attentive to requests. My room was clean and had basic amenities like a kettle for tea. I also received a complimentary bottle of water each day.
The room faced the street. I experienced some noise from passing trams.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. I found fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. My room had soundproofing. It was very quiet at night. The staff provided quick responses to my requests. I felt well supported .

The location was amazing, situated on a nice street with a tram going by. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had all the basic things you need. (I especially appreciated the comfy beds.)
The air conditioning wasn't working properly despite several complaints, made sleeping difficult. We ended up quite warm at night. They did offer a bottle of wine to compensate, but better a/c would have been preferable.

the location was ideal, a short walk from main attractions and public transport. the superior twin room was well-kept and super clean. fresh towels were provided daily, and i even found complimentary water. i certainly enjoyed the breakfast with its varied choices.
the minibar items seemed a bit overpriced.
