metro station excellent breakfast great shower
The staff was super helpful. They quickly arranged a taxi for me and gave clear directions to the closest Metro station. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast. The variety of food was very good. The shower in my room worked great!
The area was kinda noisy, I could hear street sounds at night.

Comfortable Stay Close to Navigli
lovely area easy access tidy room professional staff
I found the hotel near shops and restaurants. Access to transport was easy as the tram stops close by. My room was always tidy and clean. Staff was professional, and check in process happened smoothly.
Sound isolation wasn't the best, and I sometimes heard noise from other rooms.

My room had a comfortable bed and included a robe with flip flops. The space seemed cozy and tidy and I felt relaxed there. Windows were available to open for fresh air.

The hotel presents modern design with areas easy to access. A garage provided functionality when I arrived with a car. The hotel location is great in the heart of Navigli near the canal.

loud banging delivery entrance
the location is good.
i had issues with noise. i could clearly hear banging from the floor above mine. vans delivering goods through the night near the delivery entrance kept me awake.

Excellent Hotel Experience
good breakfast selection friendly staff late check-out fresh juice
I stayed here for four nights. My room was located on the fifth floor. The breakfast selection was good and included a fresh juice machine where i made carrot juice daily. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the late check-out i requested.
Sound isolation was not optimal. I could hear noise from the hallway.

The hotel offers a gym and sauna located on the sixth floor. A canal with many restaurants sits next to the hotel. I must add that the hotel provides complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon, very convenient.

The rooms are cleaned daily by polite staff. The hotel accommodation was excellent. Tram number 2 runs directly to the city center from the hotel. The red line station is also within a short walk.

The location was AMAZING. It was near many bars and restaurants. My room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was attentive. I also found the bed firm. That is something I appreciate.

The hotel has four lifts. There is also a spa area on the top floor, guests can use it. The gym is adequate for a workout. The hotel provides steam and sauna room.

The hotel is next to the Navigli Canal. There are many nice bars and restaurants near the building. Porta Genova station is only eight minutes by foot. The area is very lively and atmospheric.
