the reception staff were great they helped me with directions. the location allowed quick access to local attractions. i appreciated the hotel parking especially since i drove. we easily adapted to both family and business needs
the room was a bit dated. i also disliked the tv system. the workspace presented a slight challenge because of the placement of the tea tray

rooms had nice features and comfort was a priority. i had free access to wellness facilities and enjoyed a complementary drink. sanitary facilities were excellent and the rooms had quiet atmospheres especially those on the back side.

breakfast offered many options satisfying all preferences. fresh ingredients were used in preparing meals. the hotel has vicinity to good restaurants making dining convenient and varied for different tastes.

Bernie from guest relations was very helpful. he was also very friendly. i found the hotel's location suited me well! the price seemed like a fair balance! i liked the assistance towels everywhere. At the gym, at the swimming pool, and in the room too.
the walls seemed a bit thin. i could hear some noise from the corridor in the morning.

the location allowed a quiet stay. the hotel is only a short walk to the metro station. this metro stop is on the yellow line. it makes access to the city center simple.

excellent parkingfaulty kettlestaff problem
the parking in the basement was excellent, which i did expect.
the kettle did not work properly in the room, annoying because i wanted a cup of tea. also, the staff could not explain how to get the @ sign on the business center printer. the staff struggled to solve this problem for an extended period.

the staff was helpful with directions.
I found the in-room temperature difficult to regulate. It remained uncomfortably low, below 21 degrees. the reception was unhelpful when i requested help. They stated they could not adjust the heating due to local regulations and offered no alternative solutions. this was disappointing for a hotel of this price point.
