the location was really good. i found the hotel very clean inside, i liked that! the pool was nice, it had plenty of space for everyone.

The room was cleaned daily. The room was equipped with a tv and fridge. Breakfast included english bacon. The restaurant staff were friendly.
I received one day of complimentary tea and coffee. I had to pay if I wanted more. That is unheard of before. The food was acceptable but unremarkable.

the staff was friendly the food was excellent the rooms had a lovely shower and very comfortable beds the spa facilities were also excellent i found great entertainment everything felt spotlessly clean the hotel is located in a good area. i found a great selection of bars with entertainment i especially liked the sound deadening in the rooms it allowed for restful sleep. the pressure in the shower was really good
the tea and coffee facilities were limited you receive one free day then have to pay if you want more i had never experienced that before

the staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay they offered prompt and courteous service at the reception area and the cleaning staff kept everything spotlessly clean i noticed their good work.

The room was a decent size and the bathroom was lovely, it met my needs.
The hotel charged extra for small things. I had to pay for extra milk in my room. The customer service seemed focused on making money and that was disappointing.

I found the hotel clean. the team working there was very attentive and friendly. It was nice. i also appreciated the welcome bottle of fizz left in my room, a very thoughtful touch! it seems they noticed it was my wife's birthday from our passport details, a nice detail indeed.
the tea and coffee facilities policy surprised me. i received one free day's supply, but additional supplies required a purchase! i have not experienced such an arrangement before.

I found that they changed towels every day. I LOVE that. The POOL area was always super clean and so inviting. The reception staff were really helpful. They answered EVERY question I had.
The TEA in the room was not free. You only get it the first day.
