small gymcrowded breakfast
I wasn't thrilled with a couple of things . the gym was quite small, with only a few cardio machines and some free weights. I'd hoped for a wider range of equipment (i like variety!). also, the breakfast area got really crowded during peak hours, and it was sometimes hard to find a table. I wished they had a larger space or staggered breakfast times a bit better.

The location was really close to the city center. The staff was lovely and helped me with everything I needed. The Art Room was clean and bright.
I found the two single-seater sofas in the room too small for adults. This made them uncomfortable. The water pressure in the bathtub's shower was very low, made washing my long hair quite difficult. Breakfast should have been included in the price.

The room was very clean. It had good amenities and mint tea. the hotel is next to the rhine. I enjoyed the view. the breakfast buffet was excellent. It included several choices.
The mattress felt a little stiff. Though, the overall stay was great.

The room provided a tv with many channels. i found coffee and tea making facilities too. a safe was available in the room. I needed it. the room decorations looked great!
i found that the air conditioning control was off the wall! also, there was no fan in the bathroom.

the hotel is near the main train station and city center. it is also very close to the harbour christmas market! the chocolate museum is also nearby.

Excellent Stay Near the River
good showercomfortable bedsfriendly staffpower maintenance
the room was a good size the shower worked well i found the location good for the river it was not far from the city center and train station i liked that beds were comfortable also the option to swap a room clean for a drink from the fridge was great we took zero alcohol beer as we stayed two nights and didn't need the cleaner. the staff were friendly.
the hotel had to have immediate maintenance done on the electricity this meant no power from noon to 6 pm i was not informed of this issue i feel something should have been offered for the inconvenience
