The room was spacious and clean. This met my expectations.
I was disappointed to find only one pillow for the single bed. A 4-star hotel should provide two. also, there were no spare lightweight blankets available, only a duvet.

the location proved really convenient for explorations. guinness storehouse was so accessible. smithfield and the liberties also felt close. on-site breakfast presents the same options daily, it was good quality.
the bar experience fell short of expectations. only one bartender was present . they seemed to ignore me for quite some time. the pint of guinness i ordered tasted awful.

the train station proximity proved convenient for my travel needs. staff displayed genuine friendliness and provided helpful directions. i found the cleanliness of the room to be perfect and the bed offered great comfort for restful nights. i was able to enjoy the bathtub in my room.
I found there was no fridge available in the room, difficult to store drinks and snacks i had purchased. Upgrading each room to include one would greatly enhance the guest experience

the breakfast was good and the location was close to public transport.
The room was quite dated. the grout in the bathroom had marks and paint was chipped. also, i found out you have to request cleaning in advance. My room wasn't cleaned and i didn't get fresh towels until i asked.

The location proved useful for getting around since the tram stop was conveniently right outside.
I found out that the bar closed rather early at eleven (a bit of a shock). There also were no facilities available for a residents bar, disappointing after a long day of walking. The lack of late-night options was a real letdown.
