The staff gave me good recommendations. The bar staff had great suggestions for activities. The hotel bar had a Passport cocktail menu I found very innovative. The room was super clean and I slept well in the comfortable bed.
My room faced the street. It was noisy due to poor sound insulation. I had trouble sleeping.

i arrived at the hotel last minute after a disappointing experience elsewhere. they found a room for me quickly, great. i was also pleased they had gluten-free options including bread and muffins. i had avocado on toast with poached eggs for breakfast and it was delicious.
The shower temperature was inconsistent. It ran warm then cold repeatedly. my keycard stopped working several times in less than 24 hours. it was annoying to have the key fail even after keeping it away from my phone.
