Fantastic Stay!
live music generous breakfast great location
The live music every night in the lounge areas was a good surprise. Ray Cox was particularly amazing! I found the breakfast selection very generous, it had fresh fruit. The hotel's proximity to O'Connell Street made accessing tour buses super easy.
The shower pressure could be improved.

The staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and polite. I would like to thank Maria for her patience during our check-in, she was really good with my children, ensuring they felt welcome after our long journey.

The room had all the facilities I required for a comfortable stay. The room was super clean and well kept. I appreciated the smart modern bathroom. The bed was very comfy.

inadequate heating excessive noise
The room I was given was not properly heated. I informed the front desk, but the situation did NOT improve. It was COLD. The noise from the street was a little bit TOO much.

menu options tourist restaurants
The breakfast included both a buffet and menu options. The downstairs restaurant and bar offered free entertainment every night. I liked its location. It made attractions easily walkable. I appreciated the restaurant being near the hotel. It had good non-tourist options at reasonable prices.
My room faced the road so there was a lot of traffic noise. The noise disturbed my sleep.

creaky floors hallway noise
The staff were polite which was acceptable.
The room was small. Noise from the hallway was very noticeable. The floors creaked a lot, so I heard everyone who walked by.

wonderful city stay
secure car park irish breakfast comfortable rooms clean rooms
I loved the secure car park offered. It added to the peace of mind . The traditional Irish and continental breakfast choices were varied and nice. The location was great for a city stay. It was close to city tour buses. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
the hotel being further from main tourist attractions than i had thought was a slight inconvenience. it required more planning for sightseeing.
