My room was clean. Breakfast offered a nice selection of items. The location is close to the Dart station. I found that very convenient for getting around.
The room lacked air conditioning. An old fan was provided. I found the room became hot. There was no coffee machine provided, only a kettle.

the building had beautiful architecture. a bus stop was right in front making transport easy. many restaurants were within walking distance.
the breakfast was overpriced for the food offered. the coffee was cold.

The front desk was friendly. They made sure my expectations was met when I arrive. The restaurant staff was also great. They make a great meal for me on my last day.
I find that resident pay for the parking and I think it's greedy. They should get free parking in my humble opinion. I found a eastern european barmaid very rude and we ignore her.
