the location proved very convenient near the train station. i also appreciated having department stores nearby. the transit pass was useful for getting around. the staff was helpful and kind.
the air conditioning was not effective, even when set to the lowest temperature and highest fan speed. it did not make a noticeable difference.

the room include four different outlet types, including swiss, eu, uk, and international. this was helpful, because i didn't have a converter.
there was mold in the shower. the ac didn't worked properly, so the room wasn't cleaned well. the carpet was also dirty, so i wasn't impressed.
