comfortable bed classic option attentive staff
The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. The breakfast choices suited every taste, with a selection of classic options. The staff were attentive and genuinely cute. Always ready to help with anything I needed.
The room was hot! though the fans helped.

Charming Hotel with Excellent Location
helpful staff larger room cozy atmosphere
The staff was very friendly and helpful . I was moved to a larger double room upon arrivalwith more space. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with cozy spaces to relax in. The location is excellent, with many cafes and shops nearby.
The room only had two wall sockets available for charging devices. Adapters would be helpful with multiple devices. It would be nice to see improvements in this area.

Acceptable Location, Frustrating Service
unhelpful reception few sockets
The hotel's location was acceptable.
The reception staff were really unhelpful. Their manner. The room only had two wall sockets available for charging devices, that is a real problem in this day and age. Adapters would be really useful!

the location was quite convenient with shops nearby.
The reception staff were not helpful at all. the welcome was poor, and i reminded me of a nuisance when i spoke to them. the room only had two wall sockets, so charging devices was difficult. Adapters would have been useful.

The location is convenient. It allows for easy access to central areas. The breakfast offered an excellent choice. The selection available was freshly cooked. The staff served it at my table.
The room I booked felt small considering the price. The hotel seemed understaffed at times. Some employees looked inexperienced. I noticed they lacked proper training.
