the location proved Convenient near the lake AND park.
During check-in, the receptionist insisted pool usage required A reservation, unavailable that day. secondly, a waiter repeatedly explained there was NO gluten in the eggs themselves, despite their proximity to bread. i found this problematic given a pre-existing gluten INTOLERANCE.

charmed stay by the lake
water bottle
the hotel had a valet car service. it was a surprise. service from staff was polite in the spa and reception. we got treats in our room and they serviced the room twice a day with water bottles. i was charmed by these details.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive each morning. all the food was well presented and very tasty. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the bar was excellently located outside. it was lovely in the sunny weather.

The hotel is located next to the lake. This is really grand and makes the views fine. the hotel is super organised. They immediately ask about spa times when you book because it can get very busy. the grounds are gorgeous, for a walk in peace.

stressed staffservicing schedule
I found significant issues. at breakfast, staff seemed stressed. the room servicing schedule felt a bit like overkill, with water bottles appearing twice a day. It felt wasteful. these things detract from the overall experience a little.
