close proximity to sanctuary
amazing locationsafe areahelpful staffunpleasant smell
the location impressed me most it was so close to the grotto. restaurants were also super close and the area felt safe even late at night. the staff was helpful even when i arrived early for check-in.
i noticed a distinct smell of urine in the bathroom although it was clean. drinking water was absent in the rooms and there was no fridge provided for storing any beverages.

my room included a spacious layout with ample room to relax after a day of exploring. large windows allowed fresh air and natural light to illuminate the room providing a cute atmosphere.

the hotel staff demonstrated superb friendliness and eagerness to assist with any requests. they provided directions recommendations and general information making my stay smooth and nice from arrival to departure.

The breakfast lacked variety. I mean, seriously limited. the coffee tasted like it had been brewed last week. plus, the rooms was like a time warp, old and tired, i found it disappointing

the location was very central. it was easy to get around from here.
i found the rooms lacked drinking water and a fridge. that was really inconvenient. i had to buy water every day.
