the location is central. it is close to many things, i could walk almost everywhere i wanted to go. the staff were kind and helpful. they answered all my questions.
the toilets were not good. the shower was over the toilet, so the whole room got wet. it did not feel clean. the ac did not work well in the bedrooms, and there isn't a common area. it is just the cafe downstairs. that area is not only for hostel guests.

The location was convenient to many spots.
The bathroom setup was RIDICULOUS. There were only two cubicles shared by many people, and the glass doors offered zero privacy. You could see everything. The shower sprayed directly over the toilet. I had to wipe the seat before using it. NOPE.

i FOUND the location ideal, right in the middle of Chinatown. the train station was very close , within two blocks. i also appreciated being near the famous Maxwell hawker stalls.
the bathroom doors had a see-through design , lacking sufficient privacy.

each bunk had a personal locker that accommodated a backpack and several other items, offering secure storage. The provided beds were comfortable , and the housekeeping maintained cleanliness daily. There are specific rules regarding conduct, ensuring an overall peaceful room.

the staff was exceedingly helpful and offered useful tips about the city . staff gave recommendations on local attractions when i asked about places i should visit. the staff assisted with flexible late check-in arrangements due to a late flight.

a complimentary breakfast was included, and it offered several choices each morning. i especially liked the cafe on the ground floor , accessible as a lounge at all hours. there is a dessert bar available to guests.
