The staff provided helpful information before and . The location felt very quiet because there was no traffic noise and air conditioning worked well. I could leave my luggage at reception after checking out. I used their shower facilities before going to the airport after spending the day out.
The space in the room was a bit small. It was missing some basics, such as a small package of milk.

The staff did their best to help with early check-in, and I was granted a room upgrade for space as I traveled with my child.
The complimentary breakfast was not good. The Kopitiam cafe provided very poor quality items. One cleaner was impolite. This person was throwing chairs around in the coffee area after I left.

The staff assisted with our early check-in request. We arrived early because of our flight schedule. The room was also clean. Free water and coffee were available.
The space in my room felt small. There was no uht milk. The room felt spartan. I found the online images misleading.
