daily changes thorough cleaning balcony table
my room was a double room garden view. the beds were changed daily and the room was thoroughly cleaned. a large balcony included a table and chairs.
the lifts can sometimes be slow. the lift once stopped abruptly between floors. it was a little alarming

excellent stay with attentive staff
upgraded room private beach
i received a generous upgraded room. the private beach is on the doorstep of the hotel and so easy to access. the pool area is large.
i found that plates and glasses were not always cleaned properly. i was handed dirty glasses with my bottle of water. i was told not to drink the tap water by a rep. the mugs and glasses in my room were washed in the bathroom sink.

the customer relations manager was very helpful, ensuring everyone feels welcome. all the staff worked hard. i found the receptionists provided an excellent customer service experience. they were always available to assist.

i considered the food reasonable. there was a good variety for dinner. the hotel offers lovely bars. the breakfast included varied options and fresh ingredients. i enjoyed the local cuisine offered.

We visited during half term in february 2025. The female entertainment staff are the best. They had all age groups involved. The food was fantastic each day. I found food to eat and I was surprised pork was served at the hotel for the guest. Fresh orange juice was available each morning.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I observed fresh bottles of water left in the room daily. The hotel offered a salad bar open until midnight.
the wine was LIKE water and ONLY 10.5% alcohol.

The staff helped me with a late checkout. The beach bar provided refreshing drinks. The lifeguards ensured safety. The rooms are spacious i also liked the sea view from the balcony
