the hotel offered a grand feel with classy decor. the provided room was a good size and included air conditioning. breakfast included cooked and other options and plentiful tea and coffee. helpful staff assisted with all requests.
i encountered a periodic noise in the room throughout the night. i think it was due to the ac, even when it was off. a check and fix was requested, but it persisted.

i found some issues i must address. the air conditioning in my room was not functional. despite reporting the problem to the staff multiple times, no one came to inspect it. the room felt cramped, with very limited space to move around freely.
