the room was quite spacious with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. i found the kitchen facilities very convenient, including a large refrigerator and a washing machine. the staff were friendly and helpful , especially the ladies at the front desk during the day.

The room included a washer and a large kitchen area. Two AC units cooled separate rooms efficiently. The breakfast service was really good. Pen was super attentive. The hotel is conveniently located between two big shopping centers, offering plenty of food options nearby.
There was one very slight negative fact. The gym looked decent but some equipment needed a touch of maintenance.

The menu offered variety, and the dishes were presented beautifully. The staff service was excellent with Palm, attentive. The spaghetti with chili had flavor, and Caesar Salad was standard.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. I asked for early check-in at 1 pm, and I received it. They sent a technician and set up a new network for our room. This was achieved in 20 minutes.

the room was clean upon arrival. there were complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.
i ordered food via room service , but it arrived quite late. the portion sizes were rather small, and the food was cold. additionally , the taste was not great.
