charging station convenient helpful staff slow service disposable toiletries
The EV charging station was quite convenient, I didn't have to worry about finding one nearby. The staff were very professional and helpful. Made things easier. I really liked the location. The view over the lake was great. The trees and garden were an amazing bonus.
I found weeds everywhere on the grounds, it made the place look very messy. Disposable toiletries in the room were already opened. Some were half used.

poor ground slow service
The hotel parking had good space and easy access.
The ground keeping seemed poor. Weeds were everywhere, and it made the place look messy. Service was very slow. I had to go to the bar to get someone to take my drink order even though there was only one other couple in the lounge. At dinner, it took ages to order drinks, and they forgot to offer bread.

lake view helpful staff charging station
the room included a balcony facing the lake, it was fine. staff members were very helpful with directions to nearby attractions. i loved the available ev charging station, it was quite handy.
the toiletries in the room were already opened, some were half used.
