excellent location lake view friendly staff
the hotel location is excellent near the train station. my room on the 13th floor offered lake views. i found the staff super friendly.
i noticed noise coming from the adjacent room

charmed stay
complimentary treats train station friendly staff overall service
the hotel provided complimentary treats such as popcorn and sweets. the location offered easy access to the train station. staff were very friendly and helpful and this contributed greatly to my experience. i was very happy with the overall service .
the water temperature fluctuated a bit during morning showers it was a minor issue though and did not really impact my stay.

the room was huge it was very clean and well appointed. i saw amazing views across the lake and town. a free well stocked mini bar was available and proved useful.

the hotel boasts a great position with views and proximity to the train station. local attractions are conveniently close by. it allows easy access to various points of interest in the area.

hot food was served piping hot which i found very appealing. the variety catered well to different tastes and preferences.

free drinks cardio machine outdated condition street parking
i was happy with the availability of free hot drinks and popcorn in the lobby. THE mini bar also included complimentary wine, chocolates and drinks. I liked the location being close to many restaurants. The gym had cardio machines, free weights and a cable machine.
the rooms were not as excellent as the pictures showed. there was some odor. The parking garage was only for electric cars. I had to find street parking.

noisy air conditioning small beds
My stay had some issues. the air conditioning was barely functional. It made so much noise i couldn't leave it on overnight. the beds were also quite small and uncomfortable. i expected more for what i paid!!!
