I found the staff very attentive. They showed me all the facilities. The parking was simple and close by. The restaurant on site was excellent (I liked the wine selection).
My bedroom was far too small. A chair was in the way on entry. The wardrobe space was above the coffee machine.

the location was pretty awesome. i could walk to the chateau (it's a quick stroll!). the room was also quite spacious. my classic double room was clean and well kept (loved the fresh towels!).
the air conditioning unit was rather loud. it made sleeping a little difficult. i also found the dinner service a bit slow. i waited a while for my main course.
