The hotel IS gorgeous. Its beauty left me in awe. The junior suite was really good, offering an amazing experience. The chateau maintains an authentic feel with free parking, I found VERY useful.
The local dining options are somewhat limited. More variety would be nice.

The interior, especially the public rooms and staircase, was magnificent. I greatly enjoyed the apricot dessert at dinner. The staff members were both gracious and cute . The location proved perfect for day trips to wineries and historic chateaux.
I noticed a slight limitation in local dining options within the immediate vicinity. More variety would greatly improve the experience.

the staff were amazing, they were very friendly and helpful. we had a seven course tasting menu with wine pairings and it was amazing. breakfast was also fantastic. i especially loved the excellent architecture inside and out.
i noticed some dust on the furniture in the room, specifically the armchairs.
