helpful staffterrible smellbottled water
the staff helped me with parking, so i didn't worry about my car.
i was disappointed with my room. it had a terrible smell all the time and it seemed to get worse when you used water. i didn't want to use the tap water because of the smell, but the hotel tried charging me £10 for bottled water. i feel this is bad.

the location is excellent, it overlooked the harbour. the staff seemed friendly and helpful, i appreciate that.
the room was cold. the heating system wasn't very efficient. i didn't like that.

the location was amazing! i got a junior room with amazing views. complimentary free breakfast was both mornings, so that was a lovely treat!
for the duration of my stay, frustrating. it made it difficult to get to my room on the second floor. the stairs are steep, too.
