really good stay
fine pool refreshing drinks sophisticated atmosphere
The pool area was fine. the pool bar provided refreshing drinks and light bites. khan, a staff member from the pool area, found my husband's misplaced shoes and delivered them to our room two days later. I found this level of commitment heartwarming. the rooftop bar offered panoramic city views and excellent drinks. The atmosphere was sophisticated.

My room included necessary amenities, and cleanliness was definitely maintained. the room provided ample space, and the provided bed was comfortable. I was very satisfied. views from the rooms located at the sharp end of the building are fantastic!

The hotel is centrally located, and i found it easily accessible to various attractions. ben thanh markets are a short grab car ride away. It took me literally ten minutes. most tourist places are within 10-15 minutes maximum, which i found convenient.

The hotel has a great restaurant, mad cow wine & grill. I found the food delicious. the breakfast buffet offered varied options, and the staff was attentive though the pool on the sixth floor was ok. i spent several evenings at the rooftop bar.

unprofessional manager lack of communication
the buffet breakfast was good, i have to admit. they had a big selection of food, i guess it met my expectations.
i were very disappointed. the duty manager, mr bui minh nhat, was not friendly. he was unprofessional and unempathetic towards guests. i found it closed without warning, and this forced me to take a long walk. this lack of communication and disregard for guest safety is not good at all.
