fantastic central stay

the receptionist offered helpful advice on exploring the city i found the location ideal with easy access to attractions the breakfast had a wide variety i especially appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out i had a great stay here the staff were friendly helpful and very attentive
the coffee maker was complicated to use

my room was very quiet and cozy the safe was large enough for a laptop the bed and pillows were very comfy a heated towel rack and nice products were present in the bathroom i liked the clothing de-linter.

the location is hard to beat it is right next to one of the main architectural works shops and restaurants surround it in every direction the rooms are insulated from sound i did not feel like i was in the thick of things.

the coffee machine blinked a bright blue light all night i unplugged it each evening. the cleaner kept plugging it back in every day it became a nightly ritual. breakfasts seemed pricey so i skipped it

I LOVED the location. It was right next to the cathedral. The soundproofing meant total silence in my room! (it was a great plus). I upgraded to a beautiful room WITH a view of the cathedral. It was both spacious and comfortable.
I spent two nights at the hotel. The water from the shower was not very warm. I complained the first day. The staff said they would send someone. It was the same the second day.

Breakfast had a good selection of fruit, cereals, and cheeses. Hot water was available for tea upon request (very important). The breakfast was served in a well-laid-out restaurant.

The hotel has a chic design. The lobby ceiling is eye-catching. I enjoyed the patio with comfy couches. The hotel provides parking facilities, and it is convenient.

The bathroom had a major design flaw. A very awkward layout made simple tasks difficult. the opaque glass door with gaps offered little privacy. Every sound was shared. our 'beautiful' room faced a seating area where guests smoked and talked loudly. the tv also did not function, irritating.

The location was perfect. it was across the street from the cathedral (where isabella and ferdinand are buried). i walked every day to visit the alhambra and surrounding areas. the room was huge with a fountain outside. It gave a moroccan vibe.
it was disturbing. the room i had (212) was overlooked by a family home, so there was no privacy. i had to keep the curtains drawn while in the room.
