Check-in was quite slow. It took a while to get everything sorted. i booked at one rate but was initially charged more and then had to wait for a refund. that wrong charge and the delay were annoying.

inoperable tvinattentive staff
The tv in my room didn't work. i couldn't watch regular channels or netflix. I also couldn't access hotel information. room service was only reachable by phone. There wasn't an online option. this made it difficult to order food especially from the pool. the staff didn't seem very attentive. I felt more like a number than a valued guest.

I was impressed by the cleaning staff. They were very thorough. every detail was taken care of, from fresh linens to restocking amenities. i appreciated supervisor arvid and staff sonali. their dedication ensured a comfortable stay.
I experienced slow service at the restaurant. it took a long time to get phulkas and scrambled eggs for our toddler. multiple follow ups were needed. This occurred even when the restaurant was not busy.

i found the hotel staff very proactive and professional i especially appreciated mahesh and damien they were very hard working and very good at their work i also like the good decor and good food. really good massage at araya spa impressed me i give my regards to radhika, gopee and all the staffs of the spa for the warm welcome and service.
i feel the front desk management was not very interested when i asked to speak to him i wanted to give some feedback but they didn't seem to care i hope they improve this.

The laundry service stood out as really good. without prompting, they stitched damaged parts of my clothes. this attention to detail reflects a commitment to guest satisfaction. irfan sheikh showed humbleness and dedication. His politeness was amazing.
the room felt small for a hotel of this supposed caliber. staff struggled with invoices, and did not check messages properly. this resulted in delays and inconveniences that affected my experience.

the gym features modern equipment i noticed there were three treadmills two stationary bikes and a selection of free weights it provided ample opportunity for a complete workout the room service menu offered a wide variety of options i tried both indian and international dishes all were delivered promptly and were delicious breakfast included a wide selection the fresh fruit pastries and hot entrees all tasted good
the in-room phone system was a little confusing at first i had to call the front desk to figure out how to dial external numbers

i found the breakfast buffet very organized. the variety of food options looked fresh. akash chavan, a waiter, offered quick and courteous service in the breakfast area. he always greeted me with a smile.
the room i booked was a bit small. the staff had problems creating the correct invoices. i also noticed that they were not checking messages. it was frustrating because of several errors in my bill.
