good spread helpful staff broken ac long delay
The breakfast at Hornby's Pavilion had a very good spread. Staff were also very polite and helpful. It was appreciated.
AC was not working in the room. I call several times. The pizza took longer than what I was told, more than an hour.

spacious room separate bathtub fresh fruit
My Executive Club Exclusive was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower which I liked. The fresh fruit basket was a nice welcome treat to get when I arrive.
The breakfast buffet had limited western food options, I did find.

faulty air conditioning car service charge
The air conditioning system malfunctioned during the night, resulting in a rather stuffy room. I notified the front desk about the faulty system, but it did affect my sleep. I also encountered an unexpected charge for a car service I did not utilise. This required some back-and-forth to resolve, a unwelcome end to the stay.

traffic noise limited buffet
My room overlooked the street. Traffic noise bothered me. I expected better soundproofing at a hotel of this caliber. The buffet breakfast lacked variety. I saw few options for Western palates.

I found a large room, a Executive Club Exclusive. The bathroom included a spacious shower with very hot water. I received fresh fruit upon my arrival, which I appreciated.
The buffet breakfast had limited choices.

nice view breakfast buffet large room long check-in website appearance insufficient pressure
i was given a room on the 21st floor. the view was nice! the breakfast buffet was awesome (i loved the south indian options). the rooms are large and spacious, so it was really comfortable.
the check-in took a little longer. the website looked better than the actual room. i found the wc jet pressure was insufficient in the bathroom, so showering wasn't ideal.

fresh fruit spacious bathroom room upgrade welcome drink
I found a roomy space that was clean. There was fresh fruit as a welcome amenity, I was grateful. The bathroom included a spacious design and a great shower with water at hot temperature.
The room upgrade I got felt similar to a standard room. The addition of a bathtub, I didn't want it. No welcome drink was offered, I felt a lack of fruit in the room.
