the room they gave me WASN'T very clean, and that upset ME. Used plates stayed outside the door FOR hours, and it took ages for ANYONE to remove them after I complainEd. i expected MUCH better from a place LIKE this.

The location near the airport made arrivals very smooth. My room, a guest room 1 king balcony, featured a lovely private outdoor space. Breakfast had many choices, I found the food delicious.
The check-in process felt a LITTLE awkward. A lady took photos of my documents instead of scanning them. Later, I noticed some strange transactions on my card. It was unsettling!

Suraj Utekar delivered really good service. He was very attentive to my needs. Each morning, i requested room cleaning, and upon return, my room was impeccably serviced! The executive lounge presented a relaxed atmosphere with enough variety for an early dinner after a long day.

Staff members were attentive and mindful of my requests. They always had smiling faces, especially during breakfast. Santosh, on the 18th floor, was warm and cute. His amazing hospitality. The housekeeping staff left personalized notes and gifts. It elevated the stay.

The location provides easy access to the airport. i could see planes parked at the terminal. It's convenient. Taxi pick-up and drop-off services were readily available and easy to book, even on short notice. Pricing seemed reasonable.

Breakfast offered a huge variety of choices, something i find very romantic. The pool seemed very nice. It looked like a good place to relax. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, and the beds offered supreme comfort. I slept soundly each night.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay i found the breakfast selection to be extensive and satisfying the variety ensured there was something for everyone. the location is very convenient near the airport which simplified my travel arrangements
during check-in the process was slow and could be improved for efficiency the room service menu lacked variety i was hoping for more options i found the selection to be somewhat limited

My visit occurred in 2024. The breakfast was awesome with many choices. The hotel is also in close proximity to the airport.
The service was just alright. I think it wasn't extra ordinary. there was a long line to be seated during peak hours.
