inconsistent experience, some issues
stained carpetslow staff
my stay had issues. the room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. there were noticeable stains on the carpet and the bathroom mirror had water marks. the staff seemed slow to address my concerns too. i had to call multiple times to get someone to clean it properly, frustrating.

The staff were attentive. They promptly addressed every request I made. I appreciated the quick resolution when I reported the faulty electrical equipment in my room. A new room was arranged, though it required a few requests. The hotel offered a tour detailing the hotel's history. It proved quite interesting and insightful.
The replacement room lacked the hygiene amenities of the first room. I found this slightly disappointing.

The team offered a warm welcome. Their gestures, like the anniversary cake. The staff consistently worked to ensure a comfortable stay. They provided great service from start to finish. The service was AMAZING!!!

i stayed in an executive suite city view complimentary one way airport transfer. the suite was excellent and offered amazing city views. complimentary airport transfer was smooth. i definitely enjoyed the club lounge accesswith cocktails and snacks.
i encountered a slight delay during check-in. i waited about 20 minutes before i received assistance. i feel they can make improvements in this area for a faster process.

the hotel has a well-equipped fitness center complete with three treadmills. i also spotted two stationary bikes and a selection of free weights. the pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section, perfect for relaxation.

I loved the seamless, personalized check-in. No lines meant i got to my room fast! bags arrived quickly too, a fantastic start. the heritage tour was a great decision. The guide helped me to understand the hotel's rich history. the filter coffee with my 4:00 am wake up call was a superb touch!
