i received a prompt check-in and an upgrade to a suite room. the room was beautiful, and the pillows were the best. i slept very well in the bed. the breakfast spread was great. the staff was very helpful and quick.

the swimming pool area showed some spider webs. i noticed a rat, we chose not to use the pool after that.

the location is convenient , close to key areas of the city. the room was well-designed with modern amenities. the staff was warm , professional , and always ready to assist.

the airport pickup was initially neglected , despite being part of the package. i was downgraded from a luxury sedan to a simpler toyota. the management's efforts felt ineffective.
