excellent stay near the airport

prompt check-in suite room great breakfast helpful staff

i received a prompt check-in and an upgrade to a suite room. the room was beautiful, and the pillows were the best. i slept very well in the bed. the breakfast spread was great. the staff was very helpful and quick.

the swimming pool area showed some spider webs. i noticed a rat, we chose not to use the pool after that.

the pool area had many loungers and a shaded section i found the gym offered excellent well maintained facilities akshay provided excellent training sessions at the gym the food at the lobby lounge was delicious

the staff member told me to contact ird when i asked for help with the coffee mugs it was not immediately clear what ird meant

Check-in was very efficient, and I received an upgrade to a suite. I liked the breakfast spread. It was extensive. The staff was consistently helpful. Their prompt service was excellent.

convenient location modern amenities professional staff neglected pickup downgraded vehicle ineffective management

the location is convenient , close to key areas of the city. the room was well-designed with modern amenities. the staff was warm , professional , and always ready to assist.

the airport pickup was initially neglected , despite being part of the package. i was downgraded from a luxury sedan to a simpler toyota. the management's efforts felt ineffective.
