charming stay!
prompt staff excellent buffet convenient location
i appreciated the staff bringing a second pillow almost immediately. the breakfast included a really excellent buffet. i found the location quite convenient, just a short walk to both the museum district and stephansplatz.
the elevator was old and slow. it was also quite small. it could definitely use an update.

The staff was very kind and helpful, fulfilling all requests with a smile. They even prepared special lactose-free scrambled eggs every morning after learning of my dietary needs.

wide variety friendly staff
The room was refurbished, and it included air conditioning. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices that were really good. i appreciated the early check-in process. The staff was friendly during it.
The elevator felt old, small, and moved slowly. This sometimes caused delays. the parking location was not near the hotel, requiring a drive to get there. this added extra time and inconvenience.

The breakfast selection was amazing!!! i saw many breads, cheeses, meats, eggs, fruits, and yogurts. also, the location was very convenient. I could walk to many tourist attractions.
the decor in the room was somewhat dated.
