Very nice Hotel Experience!

I booked a Premium Quadruple Room it was modern and very clean. The breakfast selection included fresh fruit pastries and excellent coffee I walked to the city center easily from this great location.

The hotel corridor had a slight odor it was not a major issue but noticeable.

Breakfast featured a wide assortment of fresh items including eggs sausage and pastries. The coffee machine provided great coffee and yogurt options were available I noticed fresh fruit was always stocked and delicious.

The staff responded quickly to requests and check-in was smooth. The front desk was staffed 24 hours and always ready to assist guests. Every staff member was helpful and cute making me feel right at home.

The staff was friendly and professional.. The location is near a train station, about a five-minute walk. I enjoyed the breakfast that featured bio and vegan options. The room was clean upon arrival.

The hotel refused to bring an iron to my room when requested. Instead, I had to use an ironing board in the basement. I expect better service from a four-star hotel.
