Wonderful Coastal Stay
clean room sunset views
The room was very clean and well-kept, with a nice U-shaped design in the bathroom. I also appreciated the availability of multiple spots for taking photos and watching the sunset. (The sunset views were lovely!).
The hotel is somewhat isolated, I noticed there are no nearby shops or places suitable for evening walks. Arranging transportation and excursions for my family required a few days of planning.
Service
9/10
The staff was helpful and quick to respond to all requests. I received support from Miss Ravindi, and her assistance was very appreciated. I found the hospitality really good.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel provides spa access and the option to use the sister hotel next door. The gym has modern equipment, and I found the pool area very relaxing. These amenities significantly enhanced my stay.
Dining
9/10
The food was delicious, I particularly enjoyed the salad bar and the beef items at the dinner buffet. The breakfast had a great selection of pastries. The quality of the food was consistently high.
