I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. The kitchen was equipped very well. The swimming pool and sauna were excellent. Rose at reception was especially helpful.

Really good Hotel Experience

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a functional kitchen. I found the city view from the room very appealing. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and the food quality was high.
I noticed the pillows were quite soft and thin which affected my sleep quality.

The staff addressed all requests promptly and efficiently. Rose at reception was particularly helpful, offering assistance with various inquiries. Muneeb, the luggage storage manager, provided really good service, ensuring all luggage was handled with care.

The apartment had space. Food tastes delicious. Monorail has proximity. Sauna opens all day. I loved the breakfast variety with both rice and Thai dishes. Chef makes yummy French toast. The concierge team were helpful delivering my stuff.
The bathroom temperature was erratic. Their technician came four times and could fix it. I could not get a decent shower.

The hotel nears upscale areas like Dubai Marina. JBR is close too. Tram station sits in front of hotel. This helps for easy travel to those localities.

Staff goes above and beyond. The hotel considers individual needs. They ask about tailored meals. They made adapted breakfasts for baby. They are helpful and always there for you.

The rooms are large and clean. Amenities looks perfect. Beds have comfortable mattresses. There are thoughtful light sources and two bathrooms. The apartment had a very cosy vibe.

the breakfast selection was diverse and included a custom omelet station which i found to be a nice addition i appreciated the attentive service and the overall cleanliness of the hotel the valet parking service was a significant benefit and added convenience to my stay the apartment was spacious it featured modern amenities such as quality glassware a refrigerator freezer a microwave and a washing machine which was very practical for my needs
