the hotel breakfast was acceptable and good value for money
i discovered that the barmaid was unsure how to make cocktails and had to check the ingredients on the menu. she also used her hand, not a lid, with the cocktail shaker. out of 8 nights, the room was cleaned only 3 times and i had to ask for it specifically.

I appreciated the helpful staff. Jorge at reception was super friendly. The beach front pool provided good vibes and large, comfortable sunbeds. The gym and spa were welcome bonuses on-site.

My room had a separate bedroom and living area, providing ample space. Rooms are equipped with mosquito blinds, blackout blinds, and two balconies, so i had a comfortable experience. A Tassimo coffee machine was also available for coffee making.

The pool area was nice, with comfortable loungers. Food at the pool bar are tasty. Staff members were friendly. I found the location great with beach access and nearby restaurants, I had a water taxi available. The room was big, cleaned daily, and well maintained.
I request kettle and hairdryer to be provided as standard.

My room included good air condition and a generously stocked minibar. Comfortable beds also added to the room. Daily cleaning service and readily available towels were great.

The gym had equipment for a full body workout. Pool towels were available. I saw many shops and bars nearby the hotel. Access to the beach was easy.

Roberto at reception gave excellent service. Cleaners were also pleasant. Every member of staff was willing to help. Silvia at the reception were lovely.
