Really good Service and Comfort

attentive staff wide selection private beach

The hotel has very attentive staff. The Artisan Restaurant features various cuisines. There are Arabic salads, sushi, tagine, and Indian specialties. The dessert selection is quite excellent. The pool area is well maintained with many sunbeds at the private beach.

There was a limited selection of international TV channels.

The hotel is situated close to shopping options and a market. This makes it convenient to purchase necessities or enjoy some retail therapy. The proximity allows easy access for any required amenities .

The concierge and front desk staff provided great service. Housekeeping was also excellent. I had an early check in upon my very early arrival. The staff even surprised me with a cake on my birthday, very thoughtful.

Breakfast was diverse and excellent. The food was delicious and the variety was very nice. The service staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hospitality was superb. The ambiance was cozy and relaxing.

slow service unfriendly staff

the room was clean the bed was comfortable

check-in was a problem the person i dealt with made no eye contact and barely spoke to me i felt unwelcome the overall service was slow staff seemed to lack direction or urgency it was frustrating trying to get simple tasks completed

clean room necessary amenities excellent view slow wi-fi crowded elevator repetitive buffet

the room was very clean with all necessary amenities provided. the view was excellent. I could easily see the palace from my window.

The wi-fi was quite slow. I had trouble streaming videos. the elevators were also often crowded, leading to long waits. i found the breakfast buffet to be somewhat repetitive.
