the staff was professional! i also appreciate the free parking, it is helpful. etihad plaza is a short drive away and has many things. the taxi ride to the airport was short too.

the key cards had issues, they didnt work right away and sometimes stopped working. you had to hold the card at a certain angle, this was a hassle. the shuttle bus was infrequent, i wish the timetable was in the room. i also had to buy swimwear to use the swimming pool, i did not expect that.

The shuttle bus service was very convenient! i got out from terminal a and door 7 had the bus right outside. the rooftop swimming pool was also great. It was a nice way to cool down. i also had a good meal in the restaurant. It was very convenient.

the room was small with two separate beds which felt a little tight.
